In Yerablur, in an interview with journalists, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan congratulated on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of independence and spoke of the new Government staff, in particular, the dismissal of Hovik Abrahamyan’s staff.
He said, “There is no problem of dismissing Hovik Abrahamyan staff. If we are changing the staff, then it should be real in order to solve a problem.” To our observation that the community does not know the newly appointed ministers, the Prime Minister said that he knows, they are his teammates and their biography is written.
He said that taking Republicans or not, it does not matter, they are guided by professionalism. He did not rule out that if there are good specialists among the opposition, they will also be offered to be included in the government staff. The journalists asked whether he is going to fight against corruption with the Anti-corruption Commission formed by Hovik Abrahamyan, which has not registered success. He replied that not only with this Commission, “I do not think that there is no success.”
