It is no coincidence that parents are usually meticulous in choosing names for their children: there is such a belief that the name determines the destiny of a person. That is why the parents give names to their daughters, like Geghetsik (Beautiful), Voski (Gold) or Yughaber (Oil-Bringing). Perhaps the government is guided by this logic by renaming some ministries.
Not just a ministry of energy and natural resources but a ministry of energy infrastructure natural resources. Do you feel the difference? Because under the energy you can understand various exotic things, such as psychic energy or, I do not know, esoteric energy. But when you say an “energy infrastructures”, you immediately understood that it was about electricity and gas.
Not a ministry of economy (meaning, economy) but a ministry of investments and other business support. Why are there no investments made in Armenia’s economy? Or, why does the government not support the entrepreneurship? Naturally, because the Ministry was called wrongly. Now, when this ministry obtains its true, the so-called ‘authentic’ name, we will not have any problems with investments and entrepreneurship.
Giving a status of a Committee to the Ministry of Urban Development is also applauded. The capital of the country is already sufficiently built (it was especially active in early 2000-ies), and particularly there is not much left to build. Now, we must preserve cultural values. Given the fact that our architects have a special respect towards “barns”, handing over the preservation of these values to them is quite justified. Civil aviation will join the ministry of transport and communications, and it is logical too because the airplane is a transport that provides a connection between different parts of the world. After the appearance of the civil aviation in this ministry, we hopefully will not have to drive 6 hours to Tbilisi airport at night for the reason that the difference of the flight ticket from Tbilisi and Yerevan fully compensate the inconvenience of driving 6 hours and the cost.

Handing over the water economy from the ministry of agriculture to the ministry of energy is not so clear. Why the ministry of energy be dealing with the irrigation water of my garden, or better to say, its infrastructure? Perhaps, they meant that the water gets to me with the help of pumps that work with electricity.
