As the press department of the foreign ministry reports, Nalbandian reflected on the aggression against Artsakh initiated by Azerbaijan and the occurred situation.
“In April Azerbaijan blatantly violated the 1994-1995 ceasefire agreements and initiated a large-scale preplanned offensive against Artsakh, using offensive armament, including air forces, heavy artillery, missiles and tanks. The offensive came in violation of all the norms of the international humanitarian law. This adventurism caused a major blow to the ongoing negotiations and disrupted the peaceful settlement process,” Nalbandian said.
