The US Secretary of State John Kerry thinks today there are no conditions for settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. According to the US State Department website, Kerry’s remarks came during the speech at the Atlantic and Aspen Institute.
“Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan-Armenia, where you can’t quite see that right now because the leaders aren’t ready, because the tensions aren’t there,” the secretary of state said.
