On September 30, A. Stepanyan, the judge at the Court of First Instance of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts, examined the lawsuit of citizens who had bought tickets to the concert of Eros Ramazzotti in Yerevan, with which they demand to return the money for their purchased ticket. The judge announced that he had received an application from the “FORPOSTART PRODUCTION” CEO Zara Mkheyan to adjourn the lawsuit.
Zarine Mkheyan has requested to have a chance to carry out the defense of the rights of her company thru an attorney. The judge found out that the respondent should be given the chance to become familiar with the materials of the lawsuit and decided to invite one more preliminary court hearing on November 24, at 14:35 pm. Note that 60 citizens have applied to the court with the same appeal. While ten people have refused as they were already reimbursed. During the today’s hearing, it became known that 9 more citizens have filed a lawsuit. The plaintiffs’ claim amounts to 2 million 131 thousand drams.
