The 2nd plane with humanitarian aid for Syria has left. Vardan Makarian, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Armenia and Ivan Volinkin, Russian Ambassador to Armenia were at the airport to see off the plane, RA Foreign Ministry wrote on its Facebook  page.
