Dismissal of Surik Khachatryan from the position of Governor of Syunik marz is the logical continuation of the government change. No one would believe that the government wants to change something if this person had remained in the public system. The matter is not about the person, whose family is associated with a number of criminal stories, as about the government style and certain conduct of the official. You will not call them other than impudent and arrogant.
Surik Khachatryan is a whole epoch, during which the functionaries were acting allegedly “from the necessity of cruel wartimes.” I say “allegedly” because we actually continue to live in wartime but for winning, it is necessary to have not “arrogance” and impunity of the functionaries, on the contrary, the modesty, restraint and decency.
Acting illegally: “slapping”, “smiting”, if needed, to deprive of property, if necessary, to murder and to justify by high state and military interests, it initially was wrong way because if someone is given the right to act in such a manner, then it is excluded that he will not use this right to the detriment of the state and to the benefit of his own family and surrounding.
Encouraging criminal tendencies of your own people eventually leads to inequality before the law, in the economy and politics. If some people think that the “army was created accordingly,” “we have achieved our victories accordingly,” it is a lie. This is who the oligarchic system is created, it has turned so that the authorities until recently were ignoring the demands of the society and was trapped in its imaginary reality. Let us hope that something has been moved from its place.

In short, whoever has anything to say, but my expectations about Surik Khachatryan was fulfilled. My next expectation from the government is not to see the names of Generals Manvel and Seyran (I respect their combating services but they cannot work as lawmakers) as well as Arakel Movsisyan and Mher Sedrakyan in the RPA list during the upcoming elections. The time for “male guys” in the state system is in the past.
