On 12 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which for bravery shown during the defense of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state border contract serviceman of the NKR Defense Army’s N division Sanasar Grigoryan was posthumously awarded with the “For Service in Battle” medal.
