Aravot.am asked Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Armenia, Ivan Volynkin about his opinion on the fact that Turkey strives for getting an active role in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement issue, and it seems that Russia is not against it.
In answer to our question Mr. Volynkin said ”Turkey is not a co-chair of the Minsk Group, and I have not heard about its wish to enter the co-chairs group. The Minsk Group co-chairs are involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, and nobody changes this format”.
