President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Arthur Haroutyunyan commander of the NKR Defense Army’s military unit N32964.
On 12 November the Head of the State visited the military unit and presented the newly-appointed commander to the unit’s command staff. Bako Sahakyan noted that colonel Haroutyunyan had a long military career, experience in commanding various units, appropriate knowledge and human qualities wishing him efficient service.
President Sahakyan thanked the former commander of the subdivision, colonel Alexander Grigoryan for the service highlighting his contribution to raising the Defense Army’s fighting capacity.
Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan and other officials accompanied the President.
