“As an OSCE Chairmanship, we have not changed our opinion on this, and it is necessary to stabilize the ceasefire along the line of contact,” said Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia Bernhard Matthias Kiesler, on November 14, in the meeting with journalists of Aravot and Newsinfo at the NATO Information Center in Armenia, referring to the growth of tension on Artsakh-Azerbaijan border. In his words, “We welcome any idea or suggestion that will contribute to this stability.”
