Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in Hamburg on Thursday at the initiative of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. As Tigran Balayan, spokesperson for Armenian FM, informed, the Minsk Group mediators participated in the meeting as well.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
in the sidelines of the OCSE Ministerial Council underway in Hamburg.
Armenian MFA reported that at the meeting Edward Nalbandian emphasized that for months Azerbaijan has been refusing to implement the agreements reached on the level of presidents at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits, thus hindering the creation of conducive conditions for the advancement
