Stepantsminda-Lars highway, connecting Armenia with Georgia through the Lars checkpoint, is open for light passenger vehicles with antiskid chains as of 09։30 am December 9, Armenian Ministry of Communication reported, referring to the report by Roads Department at Georgia’s Ministry of Infrastructure.
The ministry says updates will be provided in case of changes in the highway operation regime.
