“This is the last chance for our nation, – announced Artur Baghdasaryan (Leader of the “Consolidation of Armenians in the Universe” (CAU) that unites 6000 NGOs) during the time of making statements at the National Assembly, – if this time too, the people will not be able to shake off the yoke of the criminal authorities, the Armenian state and the Armenian nation will cease their existence.”
Later, in the parliament lobby, the journalists were interested to know why Mr. Baghdasaryan considers the authorities with whom his party formed a coalition just two years ago a criminal. Responding to this question, CAU leader first mentioned that this question is obviously directed and ordered, and then noted, “Yes, we have joined the government coalition but for a specific purpose: to implement our programs. In particular, we have come up with 4639 legislative initiatives. We have managed, for example, to index the deposits of saving banks for the citizens born in 1916. We are a political party that assuages people’s grief.”
“Let us bring to life the historic decisions of the 24th RPA Congress” – the 17th mid-regional conference of RPA Women’s Council was held with this motto which was attended by the principals of all schools and kindergartens in Armenia as well as the personnel of cultural and educational departments of regional administrations.
Guests from China, Cuba and North Korea women’s organizations were invited. The conference participants adopted a resolution with which they fully support the party’s nation-devoted domestic and foreign policy, the development and expansion of the national-conservative movement.
