Armenian players secure victories at round 7 of FIDE Open

In round 7 of FIDE Open tournament that is taking place within the scope of London Chess Classic, the three Armenian players – Hrant Melkumyan, Robert Hovhannisyan,  and Davit Mirzoyan won their games.

Ahead of the last round, Hrant Melkumyan have scored 6 points out of 7 and shares the 2-3 places with Etienne Bacrot in the table.

Aravindh Chithambaram from India continues holding the lead of the tournament having scored 6,5 points out of 7.

Other representatives of Armenia – Robert Hovhannisyan and Davit Mirzoyan have scored respectively 5.5 and 4.5 points.
