“I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the tragic car bomb attack close to the university campus of Kayseri, in central Turkey” said the PACE President, Mr Pedro Agramunt. The blast hit a bus transporting off-duty soldiers, killing 13 people and wounding 48 more. “I firmly condemn this new brutal act of violence. My thoughts are with victims, their families, Turkish people and authorities” Mr Agramunt added.
