“The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be resolved only in a peaceful way. But the responsibility for the four-day war in Karabakh in April lies on Azerbaijan,” said the Director of the Institute of CIS countries, Konstantin Zatulin, at the parliament in an interview with journalists. “It is sad but there are doubts in Armenia now about the fulfillment of federal commitments, and I think that Russia should do its utmost to reduce these doubts and eliminating them,” said the political scientist. The political scientist told an episode from the conversation between the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia and him. Polad Bülbüloğlu has qualified his opinion on Nagorno-Karabakh as “typical Armenia.” Konstantin Zatulin opines that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has only one option for the solution, it cannot be a part of Azerbaijan, it should not be included in the territory of Azerbaijan because no more former Soviet Azerbaijani territory exists while the Nagorno-Karabakh adjacent regions must be returned to Azerbaijan.
