Criminal case has been launched in Vagharshapat Investigation Division of Armavir Department of the RA Investigative Committee regarding the death case of a family of three. The Press Service of the Investigative Committee reports about this.
According to the source a report was received from Vagharshapat Medical Centre noting that a dead 4-month-old baby girl had been taken to hospital. An operative-investigative group hurried to the child’s place of residence in the following address: Apartment 10, Building 1, Ani District, Musaler Village, Armenia. The baby’s parents Hrach Baghdasaryan and Anna Misakyan were found dead in the house. The newly formed family was living in the above mentioned address temporarily. Examination of the scene has been conducted with the participation of the owner of the house.
No traces of violence have been observed on the bodies. The preliminary data shows that the couple and their baby girl passed away as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Taking into account the fact that elements of crime under Part 3 of Article 279 of the RA Criminal Code are observed in the evidence a criminal case has been initiated.
It is noted that all the necessary investigative actions are being conducted to reveal all the causes of the death of the family members and to ensure objective, comprehensive and complete investigation.
