Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed on Friday a decree according to which Armen Soghomonyan was appointed member of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) State Board on Statistics.

According to the release by the Information Department of the NKR President’s Office, Soghomonyan’s appointment comes with a 6-year term in office.
