“Certainly, I am thankful to this international prestigious organization for being attentive to the situation of human rights in our country, the cases of violations and the assessments given thereof and penalties. Naturally, this is important for us to reach the desired visible outcome on democracy and human rights. At the same time, our partners, to put it mildly, simply amaze me when talking about specific issues and specific cases they make one-sided judgments, a kind of selectively,” said Margarit Yesayan, a Republican and Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Human Rights of the National Assembly, in an interview with Aravot.am.

You see we the People Of The Republic Of Armenia have spoken , <> We the People are the Political Prisoners, and the Political Prisoners are the People. The Take over of the <> gave a glimpse of hope that our Republic will finally be set free from the hands of the criminal, corrupt government of Serj Sargigyan. The human rights Watch is, and has been a friend of the oppressed for a very long time, and they did not take this position on criticizing your corrupt government with out evidence, We the Armenians of the world have provided key evidence to the United Nations , Human Rights Watch, EU Courts etc.
There is supporting evidence indicating that the <> officers who were killed , were shot by friendly fire, ( by other militia -police officers ) none of the allegations surrounding your accusations that the people of Yerevan shot your officers have any supporting evidence. All of the Yerevan Courts and judges presiding on these cases are pro-government and take direct orders from Serj Sargisyan himself, and the entire population is fully aware, all of us in the Diaspora are fully aware of the corruption through-out your government , police , and other government sponsored structures.
In Any civilized society, to investigate cause of death, and homicide, it takes at least 48 hours, how did the Armenian police investigate, determine cause of death, and prove the millitia were shot by the people , and not the Militia (police ) ? and in less then 28 to 30 hours the militia (officer) was already buried ?
Madam Mararit ! your theatrical statements only provide more evidence that the government Of Armenia must be removed. The use of unauthorized military weapons against peaceful citizens is already a fact. We have verified by the injuries shown in photos and observers that the injuries sustained by the unarmed civilians were caused by military grenades (shrapnel injuries ) We have received recording , of which you might not be aware , that police were forcing citizens to leak, and kiss their boots, for this is <> and for this alone, constitutes a armed up-rise of any people in the world , <> BY GOD GIVEN RIGHTS !
Madam Margarit Yesayan , you should be arrested and prosecuted by ICC .
