Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) reports that as of 09:30, January 16, clear ice is observed on certain roads of Kotayk region and certain areas of Vardenyats pass.
According to the source, all republican and interstate highways in the territory of Armenia are open.
According to the information received from the Emergency Management Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles with antiskid chains as of 10:30 am.
