On 28-29 January and on 1 February in the majority of the regions, on 30-31 January in Lori, Tavush, Syunik and Artsakh snowfalls are forecast with snowstorm and low visibility in the mountainous areas, Panorama.am reports.
The wind is from the south-west with the velocity of 3-8 m/s. On 28-29 January strong wind up to 16-18 m/s is expected in certain territories of Armenia.
The official website of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the air temperature will gradually drop by 4-6 °C on 29-31 January.
Snowfalls are expected in Yerevan during the period of 28-29 January and 1 February. On 30-31 January cloudy weather is forecast with low probability of precipitations. Overnight 28 January -5-7 °C is forecast in Armenia’s capital and -2-4 °C is expected in the daytime.
