Skyscanner Tourism Agency has compiled the list of low-cost holiday destinations for Russian tourists in 2017, with Armenia ranked the second cheapest country to be visited by Russians.
According to the report by Lenta.ru, only Abkhazia ranks ahead of Armenia in terms of prices.
A Russian citizen will spend, on average, $1,468 for a two-week holiday in Abkhazia, including the round-trip ticket, accommodation, meal, as well as visiting cultural attractions, while the similar holiday with the same benefits in Armenia will cost $1,470.
India is the third on the list with an average cost of $1,501 to spend a vacation.
