Armenia will host its first Capture the Flag cyber security competition, which aims to promote development of cyber security in Armenia as well as to raise cyber security awareness among the Armenians.
The competition, which is organized by 1guard Security, Union of Enterprise Incubator Foundation, will take place on February 4-5. The event is sponsored by Microsoft Armenia, Monitis, and ISTC.
Enterprise Incubator Foundation reports that the competition participants will be challenged by tasks such as hacking servers, services, programs, and mobile apps.
The event will be held at Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center (ISTC).
Both individual and group applications for the competition are accepted with the best participants to be awarded with prizes.
