“The serviceman’s identity and the conditions under which sabotage infiltration was attempted show that we are dealing with a serviceman of the Azerbaijani special units,” Political scientist Sergey Minasyan expressed such an opinion during today’s press conference commenting on the Azerbaijani sabotage infiltration attempted yesterday in the direction of Talish.
In his words this is another incident to make the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs adopt a tougher stance over the implementation of the agreements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg summits and expansion of the surveillance mechanisms.
As for the prevention of the Azerbaijani sabotage infiltration by the NKR Defense Army forces the political scientist noted: “This shows that serious works have been carried out in the contact line regarding both the technical re-equipment and combat readiness.”
