As we already reported, Artsakh ombudsman Ruben Melikyan has visited Mr. Elnur Huseynzade, a citizen of Azerbaijan, who was arrested on 1 February 2017 for suspicion of sabotage attempt and illegal border cross.
Artsakh ombudsman posted on his Facebook account: “Already 4th friend asks what is the booklet was on the table. I answer publicly, it was European convention on human rights and fundamental freedoms on Azerbaijani. I handed it to Huseynzade.”
