Tigran Mkrtchyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Lithuania, met Remigijus Šimašius , Mayor of Vilnius, on February 3.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan congratulated the Mayor on the occasion of being awarded with important prizes in the framework of the Eastern and Central European cities’ awards.
The Ambassador stressed the necessity of creating a solid bridge of cooperation between Yerevan and Vilnius.
Mayor Šimašius said that they are open and ready for cooperation, as there are all favorable conditions for that.

The interlocutors touched upon a number of potential areas of cooperation between the two capitals.
