February 08,2017 09:30

“Not being a parliamentarian does not mean that life ends, once you are a parliamentarian, another time – not. I am sorry for the person who thinks that if you are not a parliamentarian, then you cannot be useful for Armenia,” announced RA NA MP Tevan Poghosyan at the meeting with journalists at the Sputnik-Armenia press center. According to Tevan Poghosyan, at the moment, no one has a more visual perception in terms of the program except for the ruling party. Poghosyan noted that so far, he sees groupings of personalities, he hopes that eventually, they will turn into a presentation of alternative models of the programs where the parties will present their action plan for five years.

Mr. Poghosyan is concerned that these elections are going to be elections of individuals. According to the MP, the newly passed Electoral Code does not allow to talk about many positive things for now. Regarding the changes in the “Heritage” faction, the former Heritage member preferred not to talk reasoning that he is no longer a party member and has not attended any meetings of the “Heritage” in the last two years. Wishing success to his party-members, Tevan Poghosyan assured that there are a lot of positive things in this structure, such as the freedom that the person can hold his principles to the end. In conclusion, Mr. Poghosyan noted that he would like to see a young Parliament.
