Attorneys of Russian citizens and blogger Alexander Lapshin are disputing the inaction of RF in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Lapshin’s lawyer Karina Moskarinko informed this to Daniel Ioannisyan, the Coordinator of “Union of Informed Citizens” NGO. “The lawyers submitted an appeal to the ECHR that Russia is not carrying out enough of actions to protect its citizens.
