Alexander Lapshin has never been on the Interpol’s wanted list

Narek Malyan, the advisor of Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, posted on his Facebook account that the name of Alexander Lapshin is not on Interpol’s wanted list.

“In the response to Armenian Police Interpol General Secretariat answered that Alexander Lapshin has never been on the Interpol’s wanted list”, he wrote.

Lapshin known for his tourist notes on the Internet had twice visited Karabakh years ago by recognizing it as an independent state, a few months ago he had even criticized Ilham Aliyev after which official Baku had filed several criminal cases against the blogger. Alexander Lapshin was extradited to Baku from Minsk.
