Is the list of “Tsarukyan” alliance ready?
– There are already reports in the press about the top ten in the “Tsarukyan” alliance. Will you confirm this list?
– I have repeatedly mentioned and will repeat that you will not hear any name from me until February 16, at 18:00 when the electoral lists will be submitted to the Central Election Commission. Since then, I will be ready to answer all the questions of the journalists. One thing I can say for sure that the list will be headed by PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan. I am not going to give other names, including my name.
– However, names of various political parties, merging, and individual politicians are circulated for a long time, there were also statements made who will be included in the list.

– Essentially, the alliance formed around former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan collapsed, Aram Sargsyan and Viktor Dallakyan annulled the initial arrangements speaking about the shady deals. Viktor Dallakyan even voiced quite serious accusations, saying that these processed are headed by the former commander of the NKR Defense Army Samvel Babayan, and mainly the “Unity” party politicians are involved in the proportional list. And now, a new alliance has been formed, already with legal endorsement: “Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian.” Do you not think that alliance unifications do not become viable in our country?
– I have repeatedly mentioned my approaches about the format of an alliance. And I have not changed them. As for what happened recently, I do not consider it correct to make assessments. We have said that we respect all political forces and politicians. I have a great respect for Raffi Hovhannisyan and Armen Martirosyan but today’s “Heritage” for me and I think for the public too is Zaruhi Postanjyan. Irrespective of the fact that often Ms. Postanjyan and I have different approaches on different matters and possibly will still have, I consider Zaruhi Postanjyan a principled person with high reputation and worthy of respect.
– In 2015, at the “New Armenia” congress, Raffi Hovhannisyan announced that Seyran Ohanyan was involved in the state treason while Armen Martirosyan has repeatedly said that Vartan Oskanian is Robert Kocharyan’s staff member and bears equal responsibility.
– Please refer all these questions to them. The rest, I already said.
– Nonetheless, do you consider the cooperation with “Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian” alliance possible, especially since Vartan Oskanian said that the alliance is ready to cooperate with all opposition forces?
– If you can recall, Gagik Tsarukyan said at the PAP congress that we are ready to work closely and in a healthy environment with the political forces who pursue to implement major reforms in our country.
