ARF presented its proportional and rating lists. Armen Rustamyan heading the ARF proportional list said that these elections are exceptional for Armenia. He declared their new motto, “Our motto is: new beginning, fair Armenia. The discontents that exist in the country, these discontents will remain forever if we do not eliminate the reasons causing these discontents.” Armen Rustamyan said that by saying a new beginning, they meant that it should bring a new quality government, which can provide solutions to the problems. Aghvan Vardanyan will be the chief of campaign HQ which will be consisted of 5 members. They will have 13 precinct branches, a campaign responsible and responsible for the electoral process.
