The case of March 1 will be revealed when the “Yelk” will come to power and create a “commission of truth,” said the leader of “Bright Armenia” party (the “Yelk” alliance), a parliamentarian Edmon Marukyan to the journalists during the march dedicated to the commemoration of “March 1” victims.
In his description, the current authorities had the chance to reveal the perpetrators while there are no convicted until now, “Unless a “commission of truth” offered by us is not formed and no revelations are made, the problem will constantly remain open.” According to Marukyan, it is wrong to remember about this tragedy of 2008 from elections to elections, “We have never used these incidents to win dividends.”
