The Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire across the entire Line of Contact between Artsakh Republic (NKR) and Azerbaijan more than 100 times overnight March 1-2, firing 1200 shots toward the Armenian positions from mortars, grenade launchers and firearms of different calibers.
As the Press Service of the Artsakh Defense Ministry reports, in the south-eastern, eastern and north-eastern directions of the contact line the adversary fired a total of 51 shells from TR-107 multiple rocket launchers, 60mm and 82mm mortars, shoulder-fired anti-tank grenade launchers, as well as automatic and under-barrel grenade launchers.
The statement reads that Defense Army frontline units continue confidently implementing their combat duties taking countermeasures in cases of necessity.
