ARF supports the idea of Artsakh’s joining Armenia. This was said by the Director of the ARF Armenian Cause and Political Affairs Office, Giro Manoyan, during the presentation of the ARF election campaign program. As he mentioned, according to the ARF election campaign program, it is important to enhance the military-political cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh at the contractual level, “The enhancement of the army will occur when it becomes an object of the care by the entire nation.”
Giro Manoyan noted that ARF is neither a pro-Russian nor a pro-European; it is a pro-Armenian, “One of our foreign policy priorities is to involve the Diaspora in the life of Armenia as much as possible. Let us encourage that repatriation takes place.” As described by Giro Manoyan, it is also important to deepen our relations with Georgia, “It is important in the light of the civil rights of Armenians living in Javakhk. We must act for the benefit of the rights of Javakhk Armenians.”
