“The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict does not have a military solution. The settlement must be carried out thru peaceful negotiations where Nagorno-Karabakh should be a part of it. Azerbaijan must realize that it cannot solve the issue militarily and any infringement will be suspended by the Armed Forces of Armenian,” said the leader of PPA Stepan Demirchyan during the presentation of the election campaign program by “Congress-PPA” alliance.
As he described, the peaceful settlement of the conflict generates from the interests of the peoples of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh, “It will contribute to the healing of the vicious political-economic system of Armenia. The country’s severe situation should not be justified by the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The comprehensive crisis is due to the fact that a group of people continuously took the possession of the government and pocketed the country’s wealth.” Stepan Demirchyan said that we must be consistent in returning the state pocketed funds to the budget, which assumes not dispossession of the kulaks but legally.
