The campaign of candidates for No. 2 constituency (which covers Arabkir, Ajapnyak and Davitashen communities of Yerevan city) kicked off from the office of “Free Democrats” party located in 7 Kievyan Street, Arabkir community. In an interview with Aravot.am, Veronika Danielyants, nominated by the “Free Democrats” for No. 2 constituency, speaking of the party’s election campaign program singled out the protection of citizen’s rights, elimination of shadow economy, and European orientation. “Being almost in all European countries and seeing what rights people have, I would like our country to be as such,” noted our interlocutor.
Veronika Danielyants noted that according to the party’s electoral campaign program, Armenia should withdraw from the EaEU which however does not imply a deterioration of relations between Russia and Armenia, “As you can see, the EEU did not bring us to anything economically. While the partnership with the EU will lead to visa liberalization…” To add that the candidates of “Free Democrats” party for No. 2 constituency are: Armen Arakelyan, Gagik Baghdasaryan, Ara Khachatryan, Armine Hovhannisyan, Ani Sahakyan and Armen Vardanyan. During the campaign, they distributed propaganda leaflets to citizens.
