The “Yelk” alliance holding a campaign in Arabkir administrative district went from yard to yard and called on people to vote for the “Yelk” because “the only way out of the swamp created by the Republicans is to vote for the “Yelk”. One of the leaders of the “Yelk”, Nikol Pashinyan, stopped to talk to the citizens when going from yard to yard. He assured that when the “Yelk” will be in the parliament, it would no way form a coalition with the RPA. One of the citizens from the crowd advised Mr. Pashinyan to join other forces in the parliament, and get rid of the RPA. In response, Nikol Pashinyan said, “If we see in the Parliament that there is a chance to form a coalition without the RPA and make the majority and also a change of government, we will do as I said.”
The citizen aware of the political life expressed his opinion, “The former ARF is with them, Arthur will vote in favor of them, in other words, they will form the majority, so how you are going to get rid of them.” In response, Nikol Pashinyan said, “Now, those forces that are saying, we are opposition, we will say, let’s form an opposition to change the government of Serzh, let’s see who will come.” “Are you not sure that the ARF will not come, and Arthur will not come,” said the interlocutor to Mr. Pashinyan. “Why only they?” I’m sure that the others will not come,” said Nikol Pashinyan, adding that at that time, eventually, there will be an end to all rumors of who is opposition and who is not. When Mr. Pashinyan took interest in the mood of the citizens, they were answering, it will be clear in a month.
Going from yard to yard, Mr. Pashinyan was repeating the same text, “As a result of lasting and corruption activities, the Republican Party of Armenia headed by Serzh Sargsyan has brought Armenia to the brink of despair. Now with the help of money, election bribe and administrative leverages, it wants to further deepen its own created swamp, therewith to successfully continue its activities. But we have come to tell you that there is a way out of the swamp created by Serzh Sargsyan and the RPA, and you can use this opportunity on April 2.” Going from yard to yard, the “Yelk” was distributing election brochures. In one of the yards, Nikol Pashinyan makes a campaign on the car-garage, one more time urging the citizens not to fall into despair and showed the “way out of the swamp.” In one of the yards, a citizen asked Nikol Pashinyan, how Vardan Ayvazyan destroyed the factory in Yeranos. The “Yelk” candidate Pashinyan readdressed the question to Vardan Ayvazyan, “Mr. Ayvazyan, the citizen is asking how you destroyed the factory in Yeranos.”
