Lately, the Head of EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Piotr Switalski announced that the Armenian side has not invited some European observers to observe the April elections which in his words is not good.
Aravot.am asked the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan to comment on the statement by the EU representative. “The fact that the invitation was sent was made public and there is also a list, I can say only this much,” said the CEC Chairman. And as to who is the addressee of Switalski’s accusations, Tigran Mukuchyan suggested finding out from him, “When you find out the addressee from him, I will answer.”
