“The treatment prescription of Armenia is not the investments. Armenia’s economic problems are not in the economic field but in the political field, one of the problems of which is “neither war nor peace” situation,” said the ANC member, a candidate of the “Congress-PPA” Alliance running for the parliamentarian, economist Vahagn Khachatryan, at the “Article 3” press club, referring to Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan’s programs to boost investments in Armenia which is regularly presented during the RPA campaign meetings. “The Prime Minister and the government are trying to encourage people but no success because no changes happen in everyday life … The government system is banditry,” said he in confidence. ANC member Avetis Avagyan said on this issue that the RPA pledges cause mistrust, “Why have they not fulfilled those pledges until now?”
