OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/DIHR) published an interim report on Armenian Parliamentary Elections scheduled for April 2.
In the report, OSCE/DIHR refers to legal framework and electoral system, election administration, voter registration, candidate nomination and registration, media, complaints and appeals, citizen and international observers.
For election day observation, the OSCE/ODIHR EOM will be joined by delegations from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and the European Parliament. Mr. José Ignacio Sánchez Amor of Spain has been appointed by the OSCE Chairman-inOffice as Special Co-ordinator to lead the OSCE short-term observers.
