One of the European journalists asked to comment on Azerbaijan’s statements that the Armenian side shoots at the civilians, Mr. Arzumanyan replied that all of that is a fantasy, “Azerbaijan has never presented concrete facts.  Eventually, the cameras installed in the line of contact have fixes Azerbaijan has launched the military attack”.  In this context, the expert reminded the fact of Ramil Safarov’s beheading the Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan with an ax after which he was glorified as a hero.  Then, he emphasized, “In April, we saw that Azerbaijan displays like an ISIS.  This reality must be neutralized by the international community.  We must talk to Azerbaijan in a language of the international court.”
