“The ruling force has serious financial and administrative potentials. Everything is done to ensure victory with maximum pressure,” he said. According to Samvel Harutyunyan, people in various institutions of Syunik Marz, village mayoral offices and municipalities are registered and obligated to vote in favor for the RPA candidate.
