“I see Gagik Tsarukyan as a Prime Minister,” said the parliamentary candidate for the Alliance, economist Vardan Bostanjyan at the “Hayeli” Press Club, referring to the question of who will be the candidate for the Prime Minister from the “Tsarukyan” alliance.
“This is my personal opinion, in response to which, I think, Gagik Tsarukyan can say, thank you, Mr. Bostanjyan, but I tend not to be a prime minister,” he added. Vardan Bostanjyan also referred to the arrest of the former Commander of the NKR Defense Army, Samvel Babayan, “Most probably, it has to do with these pre-election processes. Being a brave and country-loving person, he perhaps represented a danger to some people, and in this respect, his isolation was desirable.”
