At the “Hayeli” Press Club, Aravot.am asked the parliamentary candidate of the “Free Democrats” party, Hrant Bagratyan, for his opinion about the allegation of the candidates of the “Congress-PPA” alliance that elimination of the blockade and economic development are possible only in the case of the fulfillment of the concession option of the Artsakh issue. Bagratyan expressed confidence that the “Congress-PPA” does not have the program for the settlement of the issue, “Signing a document is not enough. As soon as we cede, the next day they will make us deeply regret (meaning Azerbaijan – edit). Respect Artsakh people, ask for their opinion.”
To our observation that according to the Alliance, the opening of the roads is possible only with the option of concession, Hrant Bagratyan said that it is an exaggeration, “These substantiations are not comprehensive, they are ungrounded. No one will open anything.” To our other observation that according to the Alliance Azerbaijan actually is negotiation on the Madrid principles, Hrant Bagratyan responded as follows: “What solution? What does Azerbaijan agree to? The information is not clear that Azerbaijan agrees, come on, guys…”
