Polls across the country are opened at 8 a.m. local time. Tigran Mukuchyan, the president of Central Electoral Commission, told journalists that there were problems with technical equipment in 2 polling stations at Lori Marz.
Tigran Mukuchyan also informed that 650 international and 28 000 domestic observers perform observation mission. There are 2009 polling stations in the Republic of Armenia, 12 of them are in criminal-executive institutions.
