The head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, Police Colonel Mnatsakan Bichakhchyan publicised the answers of the inquiry to the Police made earlier by “Yelq” alliance MP candidate Nikol Pashinyan, in relation with the changes in registration places of the citizens. “Pursuant to the Police survey from November 1, 2016 to March 10, 2017, 25062 citizens over and above 18 years have been registered. And from November 1st of 2015 to March 10th of 2016 the total number of those registrations has made up 24.427. As we see, the difference is 635 registrations. This proves that regularly circulating news that guided mass registrations have been implemented, don’t correspond to the reality”, tells Mnatsakan Bichakhchyan.
