The elections are over. Summing up this phase of elections, the RPA vice-president Armen Ashotyan told during the conversation with the journalists that they recorded the first victory – victory in favor of the society and political powers.
Pursuant to him, the course of the elections illustrated that their aspiration to construct more democratic Armenia by virtue of the Constitution is being accomplished. Armen Ashotyan regards it important as who will win the elections and what type of Armenia we’ll have, but all these after summarizing the results in Central Electoral Commission. Armen Ashotyan is hopeful that the second phasis of the elections – the calculation, will be organized alike. “
“Post-election evolvements cannot take place if there are no election violations, casting a shade onto the electoral process. Nevertheless, as we’ve already proven, none of such things happened. The vast majority of the alerts didn’t correspond to the reality”, said RPA vice-president adding, that “together we record pan-national and statewide victory, eagerly waiting for CEC’s conclusion of the results”.
