“What did you do during the 5th convocation of the National Assembly that you wanted to come back to the parliament on the 6th convocation?”: the journalists gave this question to the deputy of the Republican Party Arman Sahakyan.
He provided good results in the elections on April 2, in Shirak region too. “I have done some things, the others left unfinished, and in this parliament, I will continue them. We have 2 programs for Gyumri, which we have not done yet, we will do them in this parliament”, he answered. The journalists also asked whether we will see him speaking, as he has been a silent deputy during these years.
“Well, it is not a secret, I do not feel bad for it, everyone has his own style of working, today some people make a speech, the others hang a ring”, said Arman Sahakyan. And what is the ring he has hung? “The ring I have hung is that the people rely on us, as they chose us, that is even evident from the results,” Answered Arman Sahakyan. As for the rumors that in Shirak there were held re-registrations of people in order to vote in his favor, Arman Sahakyan countered: “No re-registrations were held, it is false information, I do not know such a thing.”
