Vigen Sargsyan, the Minister of Defense, said: “Even if we have balanced or exceeded the enemy in some respects, it is more beneficial for us to show that we do not have those resources.
If we have not balanced, we do not mention it in order not to cause excitement amongst the enemy.” According to him, in the current level of development the balance of armaments is violated in the region but the balance of defense is preserved. Sargsyan reminded that nowadays there is an armament exhibition in Sports and Concerts Complex. The minister has heard that in some cases students escape from classes to see the weapons.
